The short version: we collect only what we need to run the conference, we never sell it, and payments are handled entirely by Shopify.
What we collect
When you register, subscribe to updates, or submit a proposal, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, email address, company, and role. Ticket purchases are processed by Shopify; we never see or store your payment card details.
How we use it
We use your information to run the conference: issuing tickets, sending event logistics and schedule updates, reviewing proposals, and (only if you opt in) sharing speaker announcements and recordings. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
Ticketing and checkout run on Shopify, and talk recordings are hosted on YouTube. Each operates under its own privacy policy when you interact with it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, and you can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you by writing to team@oaiconference.com.
