Terms of attendance.
The ground rules for tickets, attendance, and content, kept as short as we can make them.
Tickets
Passes are valid for the named attendee and the edition purchased. Transfers to a colleague are fine; just email us before the event. Refunds are available up to 30 days before the conference; after that we'll happily credit your pass toward the next edition.
Attendance
All attendees, speakers, and sponsors agree to the Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates it, without refund.
Content & recording
Talks may be recorded and published on our YouTube channel. By attending you consent to appearing incidentally in event photography and recordings; speakers retain ownership of their materials.
Changes
Speakers, schedule, and venue details may change. If we cancel the event outright, registered attendees receive a full refund.
